The rules of the table — written in plain language, kept short on purpose.
By using Guildheim (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Service is operated by SpreadSuite, LLC (“we,” “us”). If you don't agree to these terms, please don't use the Service.
Guildheim is offered free of charge. Features may change, be added, or be removed over time as the Service evolves. We'll do our best to give notice of significant changes, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted uptime or feature stability.
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you create an account on behalf of someone else, you confirm you have the authority to do so.
You own the content you upload, publish, or create on Guildheim — including campaigns, maps, encounter packs, characters, and session notes. By publishing content to the marketplace, you grant other users a license to view, download, and use that content within Guildheim for their own play.
Don't upload content you don't have the rights to. Don't upload content that infringes copyright, harasses other users, or violates applicable law.
Be civil at the table. Harassment, hate speech, doxxing, and threats are grounds for immediate account termination. Game Masters are expected to maintain a safe environment in their sessions; players are expected to do the same.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at our discretion, especially for violations of these terms. You can delete your account at any time from your account settings.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpreadSuite, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify users of material changes by email and post the updated terms on this page with a new “last updated” date.
